At Weber Workshops, we stand by the precision and quality of our products; if you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your item in its original boutique packaging and outer shipping box to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the item for pristine condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
